today is the first time i "celebrates" X'mas with my mother and ah que anuti. we for a buffet at Marina Square-Pariss international seafood, the foods there is just okay! wasn't as good as i had expected it to be. i don't think it worth the $$$ i paid.

after which we went for Zhang yimou's new film - Curse of golden Flower (满城尽带黄金甲). Zhang has been my mother's favorite Director since n year ago. I likes him also due to my mum's positive influence. His a great director most " chinese" director in the film industry. Most of his films are showcasing the rich chinese culture that every chinese should been proud of. This new film never fail us, it's storyline is so beautiful. Fully capturised the inner most human desires vs important virtures of chinese ( Filial ). thought most of the critic online saying it's a film about war between woman and man. but i have a different thinking. Do you know the day Double Ninth festival ( 重阳节）is actually a festival to remind all the chinese filial is an important virtual. the Jie prince ( played by Jay chou) was imvolve in the war because of the WORD - 孝 filial. i wonder how many people have see this film in this point of view. in my opinion this film has many hidden meaning you can be daring to guess it when you watch it.

the most touching sencen: Jay Chou killed himself because as he refused to take the chance his father is offering him to kill his own mother. it's all because of filial.
